Ferme Granite 1981 is the collaborative project of Hugo de Foy Lavoie, Rémi Poirier and me. We are a vegetable micro-farm dedicated to the ecological production of vegetables grown in symbiosis with nature. It is also a playground where humans and nature meet. Here, art and carrots grow.
